We build automatic and semi-automatic handling lines. We have specific know-how for the construction of handling systems on roller conveyors and transport trolleys. We have designed and built several loading / unloading bays, creating flat rollers and / or chain conveyor systems.

The line is equipped with motorized conveyors that feature a chain Fly - roller for pallets collection.

Motorized loading bay
Motorised bay for transporting component and materials. At the end of the bay there is a trolley for moving the pieces. The bays can be customized with idle roller conveyors or with a chain transport system.

Motorised transport systems
The system consists of: cylinder lifts and motorized platform with chain for transferring pallets from the loading surface from H 120 mm to H 600 mm; motorised rollers made of painted steel; pallet stacking system.
The system is protected by photocell barriers and safety net. Everything is controlled by an electrical control panel complete with PLC with adequate characteristics and customizable by the line management.
