infeed belt
output belt for laserized finished product
output belt for finished finished product not laserized, identified by the integrated vision system as process scrap

The machine performs dielectric rigidity tests, measures insulation and capacity between the workpiece terminals and finally carries out the marking. The size of the station can vary according to the needs of the customer and the products to be tested and marked.

The bench has a drawer with a workpiece slide that automatically transports the piece to be tested inside the machine.

The size of the station may vary according to the needs of the customer and the items to be marked. There are also machine variants with a "fixed station", i.e. without ribbons, which mark the products present on the tray.

Finally, the machine is composed of a control console consisting of a 15 "touch screen PC, a laser scan and manual controls.
