Robotic Cells

Designed in this way, the screw process no longer represents a critical phase in the production process. The machine is characterized by high performances that determine productivity increases, greater safety for operators and better quality of finished products.

The cell is equipped with a 4-station rotary table, vibrating cup, screw picker, Desoutter screwdriver with angle torque control and screw gripping tool moved by Comau robot.

The loading station is equipped with Keynce fiber optic sensors to control the presence of the part.

The machine is intended for companies producing semi-artisanal briquettes, trays and ice cream cakes. It can be customized and suites work contexts characterized by reduced spaces (laboratories and small production areas).

This robotic cell is placed into a closed cabin. It features a rotating table with component jigs, two anthropomorphic robots equipped with plasma torch.  In addition, the machine features a label printer to certify the compliance of treated components. 

Plasma treatment equipment and plasma surface treatment processes are used to improve the adhesion of a wide range of interior and exterior automotive parts without heat issues, like deformation, that can be common with flame treatments.

The machine is equipped with 2 component stations and an anthropomorphic robot equipped with a plasma torch on the wrist. The cell features a pressurised box with ionised air designed to keep the component surface clean after being treated.

The robot cell is equipped with dashboard door and anthropomorphic robot equipped on the wrist of a camera complete with illuminator to detect the presence and the correct position of the clips.
